Shipping and returns
New Zealand Shipping
Great news! We offer free shipping on all New Zealand orders over $100. For all other orders the cost of shipping is $8.00 for order up to $45, $10 for orders up to $75 and $12.50 for orders up to $99... and then free shipping for $100 and above.
Rural shipping incurs an extra fee; $12 for purchases up to $45, $13.50 for orders up to $75 and $15 for orders up to $99... and then free shipping for $100 and above
Please ensure your shipping/delivery details are accurate, we will send you a tracking number for your parcel, however we cannot guarantee delivery if your delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
International Shipping (Australia and the Rest of the world)

Please be aware that with international shipping we are not liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery. Some items may not be able to be shipped international due to the ingredients.
Shipping Timeframes
We endeavour to ship all items within 3 working days of order. Please note we do not ship over the weekend or on public holidays, so any orders placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday will go out the following week.
All orders are sent with Pass the Parcel and a tracking number will be sent via email with the items have left the studio.
Any items that are made to order (Gender reveal bath bombs etc) may take a little longer but we will contact you to indicate the timeframe.

Returns
If you are not happy with your Cre8tive Gems product, please do let us know.
You are welcome to return your item/s for a full refund less shipping cost. However, any returned Items must be returned in new and saleable condition within 7 days of you receiving it.
