Sleepy Dream tea
A restful aid containing gentle berry flavours derived from leaves and fruits plus St Johns Wort.
Ingredients: St Johns wort, blackberry, strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant and hibiscus
To make: 1 heaped teaspoon for 200ml cup, add freshly boiled water, steep for 6 - 10 minutes then pour.
Available as a sample pack (approx 1-2 cups), 50g pouch (approx 30 cups) or 50g tin (approx 30 cups)
* St Johns wort is said to be useful for anxiety disorders, mild depression and sleep disorders although we would recommend seeking further advice if drinking this tea for medicinal reasons as St Johns Wort may have interactions with other medicines.
