Pure South African red bush tea without additives or flavourings. Excellent as a caffeine and tannin free alternative to 'normal' tea. Can be enjoyed with or without milk. Rooibos is full of antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties and supports the immune system. It is also naturally caffeine free and has a calming effect. Rooibos tea can replace water for babies who won't drink water, and also cut out other drinks like fruit juices and cold drinks.
Ingredients: Rooibos
To make: 1 heaped teaspoon for 200ml cup, add freshly boiled water, steep for 6 - 10 minutes then pour.
